Since the conception of our client ten years ago, they have achieved substantial growth which takes them to six branches throughout the UK.

Due to continued expansion, they now seek an experienced education recruiter to join their established team in Newcastle-Upon-Tyne.

The North-East branch actively seek a consultant to continue to develop their Primary clients division.

Industry sector: Education, which will include qualified Teachers, Learning Assistants, Newly Qualified Teachers, Teaching Assistants and Cover Supervisors.

The role:

·Generate new business sales using our portfolio of services and products to meet the annual sales budget

·Retain and maximise current accounts by cross/up selling portfolio of products and services

·Understand the market to determine client requirements and expectations

·Able to conduct face to face business meetings with clients

·Essential requirements are to demonstrate an ability in direct sales

·Ability to manage marketing campaigns, including E shots and writing adverts

·Management of candidate attraction for designated remit

·Interviewing candidates face to face, adhering to compliance standards

·Able to learn and manage financials surrounding the GP generated within the desk

The ideal candidate:

• Work to monthly activity and revenue targets and strive to hit them, earning a % of revenue for your commission

• Be the face of the company when meeting clients within the Education sector

• Manage their account and develop new business

• Have previous education recruitment experience.

Salary:
