Darren Court is a recruitment industry professional of over 15 years. Having built his career from high street recruitment level, he later moved into the Technical and Facilities Management recruitment sector as a Senior Consultant of a multi-million pound Gas Engineering Recruitment Division. He first moved into the Recruitment to Recruitment division back in 2004 building a successful consultancy over a five year period. His latest enterprise in developing RecruitmentElite has proved rewarding as he has returned to what he feels is his strongest recruitment sector, and that of working within the Recruit to Recruit division. You will find Darren to be a warm, articulate and professional colleague to work with. On a personal note, Darren is a keen footballer and a massive Bon Jovi fan and follows Everton FC for his sins.
Dale Anderson
Dale is a seasoned Recruitment to Recruitment Consultant of over ten years. Having developed his career with a renowned Financial Recruiter, Dale then moved into the Rec2Rec market achieving record levels of growth during his first two years within the sector.
Dale joined RecruitmentElite from the outset as he looks to deliver his industry experience throughout the southern division of the business.
Dale is a friendly, empathetic consultant and driven recruiter. On a personal note, Dale follows the Rugby League and a keen follower of the Bradford Bulls RLFC.
A energetic, ambitious and enthusiastic professional who has 10 years’ experience of maintaining existing candidate relationships and also nurturing new ones through successful placements.
