EDUCATION RECRUITMENT BRANCH MANAGER –

CENTRAL LONDON

City Of London, London

£35,000 - £40,000 per annum

An experienced Branch Manager is required to join an established City office within Central London, for this awarding winning multi-site Education Recruitment agency. Previous Education Recruitment experience is not required but would be an advantage.

Successful applicants will use their Previous Man-Management and Recruitment experience and sales skills to build revenue within this specialist market. This is a billing role along with a Management function.

To be applicable for this opportunity, you will need a minimum of 12 months Branch Management experience including 1:2:1's, performance reviews, KPI setting and monitoring, P&L management, target setting and forecasting.

Full and comprehensive training will be provided, so you will have all the tools needed to be successful within this fast paced industry.

Working alongside a talented team of Senior Management professionals you will be given fantastic support and resources to ensure you reach your full potential.

 

Placing Contract, Long-Term and Permanent Teachers and Non-Teaching Support Staff into Schools across the City Of London, you will have access to a large database of candidates and clients to work from.

They operate an excellent working environment with clear progression and development opportunities.

Basic salary will range from £35k - £40k with on-going commission, healthcare and pension.

Successful applicants will be able to demonstrate strong results against target, will have high levels of personal drive and be willing to do what it takes to ensure the highest standards are maintained. Working hours during School Term Times are 07:30 - 16:30 (10:00 - 16:30 outside of School Term Time).
