Entry Level Recruitment Consultant - Liverpool

Location: Liverpool

Salary: £16,000 - £21,000 per annum + bonus (OTE 1st year £30k)

An excellent opportunity to join an expanding construction recruitment consultancy that are currently going through a period of growth within their Liverpool branch.

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of six months business to business sales experience that can build relationships.

Using your sales, persuasion and networking skills you'll contact potential clients across the UK then find the best candidates to meet their needs.

Initially you will work on simply developing relationships with clients both new and existing.

You will work hard, often putting in extra hours. So you'll need to be driven to succeed. But our client have engineered their business to support you all the way.

They will invest heavily in training and development throughout your career. Their offices are all superbly equipped and located in the best parts of town. There is a fun and informal atmosphere even though everyone's focused on results.

They reward success. Commissions are uncapped and based on gross profit. The percentage goes up the more gross profit you bring in. This is on top of a base salary (flexible depending on your experience). Joining a small yet growing, company that creates great opportunities.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?

* Graduate calibre degree or above is preferable although not essential
* Target driven, commission based sales or telesales experience is an advantage
* Strong communication skills, resilience, confidence, a solid work ethic and enthusiasm

* Minimum six months business to business sales experience.
