Due to continued growth, our client now seeks an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their successful Technical Division working out of Edinburgh.

You will have a minimum of six months experience within the permanent technical recruitment sector.

The role:

·Generate new business sales using our portfolio of services and products to meet the annual sales budget

·Retain and maximise current accounts by cross/up selling our portfolio of products and services

·Understand the market to determine client requirements and expectations

·Able to conduct face to face business meetings with clients

·Essential requirements are to demonstrate an ability in direct sales

·Management of candidate attraction for designated remit

·Interviewing candidates face to face, adhering to compliance standards
