Trades Construction Recruitment Consultant - Merseyside

• £25,000 - £38,000 per annum

Location: Merseyside

Salary: Up to £38k, + car allowance of £3.5k

This firm is an independent Recruitment Agency who specialise in recruiting professionals for the Construction industry.

Currently operating with four branches, the company are now looking to embark on a period of growth. Our client is one of the major players within the Construction division across the North of England. You will have the benefit of an established database and working towards one of the best commission structures in the sector.

You will take on a cold desk and will be tasked with developing and securing new business to ensure growth. You will be working the full recruitment process, building strong relationships to encourage referrals, repeat supply, and networking opportunities. You will visit clients, meet and interview candidates, negotiate offers and fees - all the time providing reliable and professional delivery.

To join this forward thinking company you will need -

• At least 2 years Recruitment experience from the Construction, Trades or 'white-collar' sectors

• BUT they will also consider Recruiters from other sectors with a Contract background

• To be ambitious and have get-up-and-go

• Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and face to face

• A flair for developing business and maintaining relationships

• To be confident but at the same time down to earth, honest and able to fit into a small team

• To demonstrate professionalism, drive and determination

• A consistent track record

• Proven successful billings

In return, you will receive -

• A base salary up to £38,000
